As a licensed Realtor (R) she is actively and personally assisting Buyers and Sellers with the purchase and sale of their real estate property, offering assistance with pricing, comparable analysis, extensive knowledge and experience with the internet & printed advertising, negotiating contracts, and home warranty requests, always ensuring the transactions close smoothly and without surprises. Dedicated to regular continuing education to stay on top of the latest business practices. 

She was born in Colombia, South America, and raised in the USA. Educated in the United States, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. With more than 20 years of experience in the Customer service and sales field complemented with several years of experience as a Licensed Mortgage Broker, she has a strong background in marketing, planning, writing contracts, and organizing proposals, making her a trusted adviser and negotiator for her clients. 

Lyssette relocated to the US at an early age, thus moving on several occasions throughout the United States, Canada, and South America. Over the years she has moved more than 25 times in her lifetime.  This has allowed her to form a better understanding of different cultures and their people which has made her approachable and affectionate with a positive outlook on life. 

Her number one goal is; to be there for you on your 1st House purchase, 2nd, 3rd, and any future properties you want or need to buy and/or sell.  Lyssette plans to be "Your Realtor For Life!"
